Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Q: What is your counselor to camper ratio?
A: A ratio of a maximum of 10 campers to 1 counselor is maintained at all times. At some of the activities and with the younger campers, the ratio is much lower.
Q: What is the easiest way to register?
A: Using our online registration is the easiest way to register. It will even provide real time information.
Q: Is the camper shot record required if my child is current and is able to attend school?
A: Yes, campers who did not attend last year will need to provide the most current month, day, and year of the shots requested. If the camper attended last year then their shot record should be provided by the system when registering online. You may update your shot record when registering to provide current information.
Q:Is my camper registered when I provide the information?
A: In order to be registered, all information must be provided and money including registration fee(s) and deposits(s) must be received. You will receive a confirmation letter via email if/when your child is registered.
Q: Do I have to provide driver's license numbers for three people? I'll be the only person picking my camper up.
A: Yes, our licensing/insurance provider requires we have at least three contacts. These contacts are sorted and confirmed by the driver's license number.
Q: May I pick my camper up early?
A: Yes, provided that the camper(s) are picked up by an authorized person by 3:00 p.m. and we receive notification prior to your arrival.
Q: Do I have to use the same pickup point for the morning and afternoon?
A: No, you may have a different pickup point in the morning and afternoon. Registering online even allows you to have different pickup points each day.
Q: Can my child be in the same group as his/her friend?
A: Yes, as long as they are both going into the same grade next school year and are the same gender.
